Fees

 

1) Air freight for packages less than 20lbs (volumetric weight):

• Up to 5lbs. KYD15.00

• 6 lbs. – 20lbs KYD40.00

 

2) Administration fee of KYD50 per shipment for all air freight.

3) Customs duty is charged on invoice amounts, shipping and insurance charges.

Please note: Cayman Airways charges air freight by volumetric weight. It is recommended to only use air freight for packages that are less than 20lbs (volumetric weight). Additional charges will be applied by Cayman Airways for any packages that are over 20lbs (volumetric weight).

All charges are billed in KYD. We convert at .82 and accept cash, or wire transfer to our Butterfield Bank account.

 

 

Important to note:

 

Be Forward Limited will not be responsible for any items lost during transit or refused entry by the Customs Office of The Cayman Islands. All items ordered are required to be in accordance with, and to be shipped under, the laws of The Cayman Islands. If shipment is refused entry all fees will be due in full regardless.

Be Forward Limited will not be responsible for packages not delivered to the warehouse or items missing from packages received at the warehouse. You are advised to track your packages and contact the supplier for any lost or undelivered items. 

 

Kindly note that for insurance purposes, we don't repack orders and we ship “as they arrive from your supplier”.

All shipping, customs duties, port and insurance charges are your responsibility and are due before delivery.
